Cozy museum with beautiful scenery and playground
There is a very special atmosphere when visiting Bindslev Gl. Powerplant. The beautiful work generated electricity to the area using Uggerby Å, from its inception in 1919 until its closure in 1968. In 2004, however, a small group of volunteer enthusiasts renovated the site so that it could again generate electricity and tell of a lost one. time. There is a small museum with free entry. There is a good chance of meeting some of these when you visit the old, beautiful building. At the same time you can take a walk past the beautiful fishing staircase, which is located right next to the power plant.

This is a gem, very cozy and idyllic. It is sad that one now wants to remove this idyll, by removing the fishing ladder and changing the stream. It will never be the same mood again. I give 4 stars.
