I have lived in Hundested for 34 years and I only love ice cream from Vaffelhjørnet I live well enough not in Hundested much but when I am in Hundested in the summer I always go to the waffle corner
The waffle corner in Hundested was deeply disappointing. Completely tasteless guf with a strange consistency. The homemade hawker houses did not taste of anything either. And the ice cream itself was no taste experience either. All in all just really disappointing! Practice.
Lucky that the winner still became an ice cream house serving homemade ice cream in homemade waffles 😉
It is cheating when ice cream chains with several stores put up notes that you have to vote for them locally, and you can not see that it is the main store you vote for.

Precisely because there are so many different perceptions of what good ice cream is, the poll is not called Denmark's best ice cream, but Denmark's best ice cream house. So this is the total experience we are looking for.
And in addition, this is also the popular decision, where it is the Danes - right from "the ordinary Dane who does not come from his small village" together with the more traveled like you. Then people can decide for themselves if the place seems to be to their liking and give the place a visit. In any case, the vote here has created a lot of attention around the good ice houses.
What the hell is this before anything? It gives a completely wrong impression of what good ice cream is. It does not matter that people who do not come out of their small village all vote for their little "Frisko" ice cream (And grill bar ????)
Now I have been around most of Denmark. And the best ice cream shops are Almas på Bakken and Peter Beiers in various shops. You should have some real experts out and assess it instead, to ask the average Dane who does not come from his small village and has never tasted real ice cream. And yes I have tasted the ice creams as people have commented.

Hunter Price Ice is absolutely amazing. After tasting ice cream in many places in Copenhagen and many places in North Zealand, it is certain that none of the places can be compared to Jægerspris Ice. The combination of the homemade waffles and ice cream from Hansen's ice cream is so good at this ice house.

The hawker in Årsdale. Lovely waffle ice cream in generous portions with everything at affordable prices. Lovely outdoor area where the ice creams can be enjoyed along with the sublime views.
The harbor grill in Stubbekøbing is just the best.
Ice cream factory, 2860 Søborg. It tastes so the birds sing too, only pure products are used.
It is pure Sommerby Vester to sit at Hundested's Waffle Kiosk and toss good ice cream from the world's best, thinnest and crispiest waffles, while the ferry pours into the harbor, the boxing glove pours in the spout and the local train tugs at passengers jealously looking at the ice-eating retirees, adults, kids, babies, dogs and cats! It doesn't get any better!
Bon Bon ice at Frederiksberg must definitely be nominated! They have absolutely delicious ice cream 🙂
