OK. Our photo from the brunch at JØRN in the Utzon Center does not do this meal justice at all. We were simply too hungry, so we forgot all about the delicious picture that could just encapsulate this experience.
Instead, you'll have to take our word for it when we say it's the best brunch in town.
Word around town is that their social dining is also super delicious, but we haven't tried it yet...

Berlin Doner
Berlin Döner opened in Aalborg fast food street #1 - Reberbansgade - in 2022. And that the place is not on Wolt and at the same time is in the process of opening a new place in Øgaden, says everything about Berlin Döner's success.

Try Fumo's pizza
Fumo opened its doors in 2023 on Godsbanen, and it has quickly become a hit with Neapolitan pizza and charcuterie with Italian and Danish ingredients from the top drawer.

Sandwiches and smørrebrød at Bönkels
In the middle of Danmarksgade you will find Bønkels in a small basement shop. Here they make smørrebrød and sandwiches for the big gold medal and the place is definitely worth a visit! The bread is freshly baked on sourdough and the ingredients are crispy!

Bad Seed Brewing
In Gudumholm, just outside Aalborg, you will find Denmark's Best Brewery 2022 – Bad Seed Brewing. The brewery is not open daily for visitors, but you will find their beer in several of Aalborg's bars - and in the brewery's webshop. Obviously if you are looking for local taste experiences in the Paris of the Nordics.
Sourdough baker in a special class
Baked goods from BreadByKaerup
William from BreadByKaerup has worked his magic with sourdough at Behag Din Smag and Surdejsbakeren in Aalborg, and now he has opened his own in Vestbyen. Lots of love has been put into both pastries and coffee, so we can highly recommend a stop when you, for example, goes our Aalborg Street Art Walk.

VACA - Mexican Finger Food
If you're in the mood for Mexican, there's probably only one place worthy of your taste buds in Aalborg. It is at VACA Mexican Fingerfood in Reberbansgade.

What became of the brilliantly delicious pizza you could once get at Aalborg Street Food? We have to tell you that - they have moved into Nørregade to get their own place.

Perhaps the best durum in town

Right next to Aalborg Banegård you will find the fast food place Spor1. From the outside it may look like an average takeaway place, but don't be fooled. Here you can get perhaps the city's best durum, where they bake the bread while you wait and use fresh, delicious ingredients. Also try their pide (Turkish pizza) or Turkish brunch.
