Unleash your inner child in Tivoli Freedom

The adventurous amusement park is within walking distance from the center of the beautiful Marselisborg Forest. Tivoli Friheden offers a wealth of rides and activities for both young and old - whether you are for fun, spooky, challenging or wild experiences. 

Tivoli Freedom contains everything a tivoli should contain. Freedom has colorful stalls, challenging games, large playgrounds, wild rides and of course entertaining Pierrot.

Culture for young and old 

Take a trip to Aarhus Theater

Visit Aarhus Theater and get an experience that you will soon forget. There are performances for every taste in the theater, and you can experience these performances during the season, which runs from the beginning of September to the middle of June. 

The building is almost an attraction in itself with its colorful and detailed facade, which invites to good stories and dramatic stories. The historical theater was built on Bispetorvet in Aarhus in 1900 by architect Hack Kampmann.

Experience the Infinite Bridge

The popular excursion destination and artwork The Infinite Bridge is located by Varna and Ballehage Strand south of Aarhus. There are plenty of opportunities for activities at the artwork - you can pull on your swimwear and jump in the water, enjoy the view of the sea, the forest and the beach or stroll around and around in the eternal circle.

Take a walk in the Old Town

Explore the Old Town in Aarhus and go back in time and experience how the living museum unfolds before your eyes. In the Old Town, the roof is taken all the way back to before the 20th century and up to the 1970s - You get an insight into how the Danes have lived through time.

Take a walk in Marselisborg Deer Park

On your trip around the Deer Park, you have the opportunity to get up close to deer, fallow deer and wild boar - you can even hand-feed the fallow deer and deer, if you bring your own apples and carrots. 

Marselisborg Deer Park is a cozy respite in the big city, which gives you the opportunity to get really close to nature and relax. The changing seasons and the eternal change of nature make it always a unique and beautiful experience to visit the garden - no matter how many times you have been there before.
