Anx

Anx is the place if you are in Aarhus and at the same time are looking for some of Denmark's best open sandwiches - or just a sublime dining experience. The restaurant is recommended in the Michelin guide itself! However, it comes as no surprise if you look at the fact that the sister restaurant is Frederikshøj, which has 1 Michelin star, and which is also run by Wassim Hallal, who is one of the country's most talented chefs.

In addition to being able to boast of the awards from Michelin, anx can also boast of serving Denmark's 4th best open sandwich. They received that title in the Book on Smørrebrød from 2020, published by Ole Troelsø, Berlingske's food reviewer and longtime smørrebrød enthusiast.
