The family-run restaurant exudes cosiness, albeit in a modern setting, and the owners emphasize that the ingredients they use in their kitchen are only the best of the best.

Restaurant HOS has both signature open sandwiches from the chef Jakob Spolum's kitchen, as well as the classic open sandwiches with a more modern touch and some open sandwiches that they have invented themselves.
