1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of experiences provided by OpdagDanmark, cvr.no: 40523162, Østre Alle 102, 9000 Aalborg through www.opdagdanmark.dk

1.1 Discover Denmark's dissemination of experiences is only aimed at consumers who are 18 years of age. When purchasing experiences, the customer confirms to be a consumer and is 18 years of age.

2. Experiences

På www.opdagdanmark.dk formidles oplevelser, events, entrebilletter, aktiviteter og lignende fra arrangører i Danmark. Disse ydelser omtales i det følgende samlet som ”oplevelser”.

3. Intermediary and contracting party

Discover Denmark exclusively sells experiences from the responsible organizer to the customer. The responsible organizer is the customer's direct contracting party and is therefore considered a seller in accordance with applicable law. All complaints regarding the event must be addressed directly to the organizer.

 

4. Price and fees

Priserne for oplevelserne findes alene på hjemmesiderne for www.opdagdanmark.dk De angivne priser er inkl. moms, skatter og afgifter. Den samlede bestilling tillægges et bookinggebyr, der også findes på denne hjemmeside.

4.1 At the destinations there may be additional charges for local fees, fees and charges that cannot be charged at the time of the agreement, as these payments relate directly to local regulations or to the consumption of extra services beyond what is stated in the agreement.

4.2 Unless otherwise stated, the experience price per person.

5. Cancellation

If an experience purchased and paid has to be canceled, the customer from the responsible organizer of the experience in question will only be refunded the purchase price excl. booking fee.

5.1 An experience is considered canceled only if the experience is not completed by the organizer at the date and time ordered. Changes in any repertoire is not a cancellation. If there is a minimum number of participants for the experience to be implemented, this will be stated. If the number of participants required to conduct the experience is not achieved, the organizer is entitled to notify the customer without liability that the experience will not be completed as a result of the low connection and the purchase amount is reimbursed by the organizer.

6. Buying experiences

The customer is obliged to pay attention to the following when purchasing the experiences:

6.1. If the customer has not received the e-mail with the experiences within 24 hours after the purchase has been completed, the customer should contact OpdagDanmark on tel (+45) 53 63 12 14.

6.2 The Customer is obliged to review and verify the submitted receipt and respond to OpdagDenmark if the information contained therein is not in accordance with the agreement.

6.3 The agreement is only binding on both parties once OpdagDanmark has registered and received payment.

6.4 Pursuant to “Act No. 1457 of 17.12.2013 on certain consumer agreements, § 18 para. 2, par. 12 ″, the purchase of experiences is not covered by the right of withdrawal as described therein.

7. Payment

The customer can only pay for his or her experiences with Visa and VisaDankort, MasterCard or MobilePay.

8. Customer's General Duties

The customer must comply with the applicable rules of order on site and act so that neither guests nor others feel bothered. In more serious cases, it may result in the person in question being expelled by the organizer or his representatives without being entitled to receive any refund. In such situations, the customer cannot make any claims against either Discover Denmark or the organizer.

8.1 The customer must download and print a valid proof of purchase. Only paid proof of purchase is admissible.

9. Complaints and Responsibilities

Any complaints relating to the experience itself must be addressed directly to the organizer as the full responsibility for the content and the organization of the experiences lies with the organizer. In this regard, Discover Denmark cannot be held responsible, as the customer's implementation of the experience is subject to the organizer's limitations of responsibility, and the customer can only rely on the organizer for any losses, damages and other responsibilities.

But if the customer has had an unsatisfactory experience, OpdagDanmark would like to hear from the customer about this, so that OpdagDanmark can respond to it and help with any complaints.

According to the legislation, the customer must advertise "within a reasonable time" after the customer has found the defect in the experience. For experiences, "reasonable time" means that the customer must advertise immediately after the experience is completed and as far as possible on site.

9.1 The organizer cannot be held liable for an amount greater than the price of the experience certificate.

9.2 Discover Denmark's liability is limited to the return of the paid booking fee and only in the event of any liability incurred by OpdagDanmark.

10. Reservations

Discover Denmark makes reservations for errors in the prices and terms stated by the organizer on the websites, as well as for sold out experiences.

11. Disputes

Any dispute that may arise in relation to the foregoing terms of trade or the purchased experience is governed by Danish law.

11.1 The court in Hjørring is the venue for all lawsuits under Danish law.

Complaints about online sales in Denmark must be addressed at the EU's National Contact Point in Denmark by contacting odr@forbrugereuropa.dk.

12. GDPR

Discover Denmark complies with the requirements for the processing and protection of personal data as laid down in the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the content of which can be found at www.datatil-synet.dk.
