You will learn about the time of year at the vineyard, organic plant breeding, and see how the grapes are turned into wine in the winery. You get an insight into Fejø's mild island climate and unique microclimate by seeing examples of the exotic plants that grow on the country estate. After the tour, you are invited inside for a delicious lunch plate with ravioli from Fejø's pasta factory, Pasta Principato, the winery's own vine leaf rolls and two delicious salads.
