Kickstart the good training routine with a personal training session at STYRK in Aarhus. It includes a 1-hour conversation where you and your new personal trainer organize a tailored training program just for you. Here you will go over your goals and wishes for the training together. After this, you and your trainer will meet for 3 training sessions of 60 minutes duration, where you will go through the day's training program together and train the program together. This ensures that the exercises are performed correctly and that you achieve the desired results during your course at STYRK. After completing the course, you will be able to continue the good training routine with exercises that work and your very own training program.
