Vestre Fjordpark
Vestre Fjordpark is a new and large recreation area in the western part of Aalborg. Here it is especially popular to take the kids out and swim, enjoy nature close to the fjord or kayak, play ball and maybe take one of the obstacle courses. After sunbathing and frolicking, you can enjoy an ice cream in Café Salt or enjoy a delicious meal among the many inviting food stalls at Aalborg Streefood right by the outdoor pool.
Use the covered tables / benches in the arrival area or the other freestanding tables / benches throughout the area. Try the Tarzan Railway. Also enjoy the view from the 15 m high sculptural tower, created by artist Thomas FOS Poulsen.
