Café and farm shop with local specialties
In Café Pullehønen you will find Thorupgaard's farm shop. Here they serve breakfast and dinner in true grandmother's style to the farm's guests. However, you are also very welcome to come and eat, even if you are not staying overnight. Simply pre-order your food.
The café also serves as a farm shop, so you can also come here and buy a lot of local specialties:
- Thorupgaard's beef from his own Dexter cattle
- Jams from Hybengården
- Eggs from Bøgebæk Ecology
- Dairy products from Ingstrup Dairy
- Beer from Løkken Brewery
Café Pullehønen is definitely worth a visit, whether you are hungry or just want some local specialties to take home.
Unique glamping in North Jutland
As something new in 2021, Thorupgaard got glamping tents, and there is a real circle for the guest with an associated kitchen in the greenhouse and wilderness tub right outside the glamping tent's door!

Holiday apartment
If you are more into classic accommodation, then a delicious holiday apartment is also offered. Just like with the glamping tent, there are wilderness tubs right outside the door.
Activities at Thorupgaard
Thorupgaard is located right in the heart of Vendsyssel. This means that you have a short way to the water and cozy places like Blokhus, Løkken and Lønstrup, but you also have a short way to shopping in Hjørring or Aalborg.
However, there are also good experiences to catch up on in the local area. If you have children with you, they will love to pet the farm animals and play on the playground.
The farm is also located in the middle of Stenum Hjertesti, a 4.8 km long and beautiful hiking route that makes it easy to experience nature and the surrounding area on foot.
