Norrlyst

Norrlyst is a restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen. The restaurant is dedicated to the green cuisine, and therefore makes many lunch dishes primarily consisting of the green ingredients that are in season. However, they still have meat on the menu, but it is carefully selected from Grambogård where animal welfare is paramount. There are a lot of exciting open sandwiches on the menu for lunch, and the classic Danish lunch menu has been given a modern twist. At the same time you can taste the restaurant's homemade schnapps or a special beer from the local brewery.

Norrlyst has been named Denmark's 44th best smørrebrødssted. The award comes from Ole Troelsø who is a food reviewer at Børsen. He has made a list of Denmark's 50 best sandwich places.
