Just outside Sindal, by a long gravel road and right in the middle of a forest, you will find Den Gode Gård, a regenerative farm where Jim and Charlotte produce the most delicious organic products without poison, fertilizer and plowing.
Meat products of the highest quality
If you want meat of the highest quality, then you can safely shop at Den Gode Gård. You do not even have to take Jim's or our word on it - you can just look at the restaurants the farm delivers to - e.g. Gratværk in Frederikshavn.
Many will certainly notice that the price is higher than the cheaply produced meat from abroad we can usually find in the supermarket, for locally produced ecology from a regenerative agriculture that does not deplete the land has a price. But if we are to meet the climate goals and eat less but better and locally produced meat, then it is people like Jim and Charlotte that we need to get used to shopping with. Basta.
Regenerative agriculture
A regenerative agriculture is an agriculture that restores, builds and improves the current condition of the soil and provides clean drinking water and deposits CO2 in the soil.
It is especially about life in the soil, which is extremely important for plants, animals and thus the environment, nature and humans to thrive and function optimally. A healthy, living earth is simply the foundation of a healthy, living world.

Do not be afraid if you do not have the opportunity to visit Jim and Charlotte on the farm, to pick up your goods to take home. They have a webshop and ship to the whole country if you just buy a minimum of 4 kg.
