Fanø Bad Minigolf offers two exciting minigolf courses close to Fanø Bad. Here you can choose between a classic 18-hole course and a 9-hole adventure course. The World of the Egtved Girl

The World of the Egtved Girl is an experience center of the Vejle Museums that will open in late 2025. The experience center will bring the World of the Egtved Girl to life, where the landscape is shaped after nature in the Bronze Age – right where she was buried 3,500 years ago. Through play and movement, guests will experience the same landscape that the Egtved Girl lived in, and one of Europe's most important Bronze Age finds.

Fanø's wide sandy beaches are ideal for swimming, walking, building sandcastles and playing sports. At Fanø Bad there are two beach volleyball courts, a beach tennis court and a beach soccer field, all of which are free to use.

With a park that stretches over 110 square kilometers – from Haderslev to Vojens – and with over 50 activities, it is no wonder that the park attracts visitors from all over the country. Are you into activities on land, water or in the air? Acture Park has something for everyone – whether you are into go-karting, archery, climbing tower, canoeing or something else!

The forest playground

The forest playground on Fanø is located in the scenic Fanø Dune Plantation between Rindby and Sønderho. There are activities for both children and adults, including an obstacle course, sensory play area and thematic areas such as Sherwood Forest and Fairy Forest. The playground also has a picnic area with benches, barbecue and campfire sites and a covered barbecue house, perfect for a day in nature. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own lunch basket and remember to clean up after themselves.

Geographical Garden in Kolding is a beautiful botanical garden that contains plants from all over the world. Madsby Playpark

Madsby Play Park in Fredericia is a large outdoor play area with free admission all year round. The park offers many activities for children and adults, including several playgrounds, a mooncar track, a Tarzan track and a mini-zoo with animals such as mini pigs and rabbits. The new Klods-Hans playground is handicap-friendly and especially suitable for younger children. There is also a mini-golf course and rowing boats for rent, as well as an interactive treasure hunt and trips with the Madsby train, which stops at the Historical Mini-City. The park has facilities such as toilets, a changing area and packed lunch houses, and you can buy food and drinks at the Madsby kiosk or bring your own food. Experience Rømø Dragon Festival

At the beginning of September every year you can experience the Rømø Dragon Festival. The festival is held at Lakolk Strand, and in 2022 it will take place on September 2nd - 4th. Take the family under your arm and experience this spectacular sight, which takes place on the beach these days. Thousands of colorful dragons adorn the sky above the beach - the dragons come in all sorts of sizes, shapes and colors, it is almost only your imagination that sets the limits.

The forest tower in Camp Adventure on Zealand has got a sister in 2021! The Marsh Tower, which is the name of the new experience in Southern Jutland, was designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and has received much attention since it opened in August 2021.
