Right in the middle of Læsø you will find Læsø Tang, a small farm shop and café with a wealth of unique delicacies. The place is easy to overlook, because it is not right on the main artery between Vesterø and Østerby, but if you turn north on Doktorvejen in the middle of Byrum, you will arrive at this little gem.
We stopped by during one of our visits to Læsø in August 2022.
After walking the seaweed house route in Old Østerby, we were looking for a good lunch. And what could be better than a lunch that also had seaweed as its focal point?
That's what's served here: a lunch of delicacies made with seaweed!

Although a visit to the store and a lunch in the associated café is highly recommended, you don't have to travel all the way to Læsø to get Rie's delicious products.
