Join us for a pleasant and educational evening at La Cabra's bakery, where you will be guided in making your own country bread raised exclusively on sourdough. La Cabra Bakery goes through the process from the feeding of sourdough until the bread comes out of the oven with a focus on giving you the best conditions to succeed in baking with sourdough at home in your own kitchen. On the course you will learn about basic theoretical and practical elements of sourdough baking, such as the importance of water, flour, time, temperature and handling of the dough. You get sourdough and written instructions to take home after the course, so you can continue baking at home.
