First, the tour goes through the beautiful distillery with a welcome drink in hand and Copenhagen Distillery's distilling experts by your side. Afterwards, a selection of Copenhagen Distillery's gins must be tasted to experience how different ingredients can give very different expressions to a spirit. Now you are well prepared to distill your very own gin, Aquavit or your very own spirit. Here you must put together a recipe yourself by determining the ingredients, volume and percentage of alcohol in your final product – of course with guidance from Copenhagen Distillery.
