There is speed across the field when Pippi Longstocking is the balloon driver in one of Astrid Lindgren's many stories. A balloon flight that is quite so dangerous is not the plan here, although the atmosphere of adventure should spread during the flight, when Denmark lies spread out under the balloon's floating basket. Here, the individual houses and cars become small dots in the picture when the large horizontal view over forests, fields and lakes unfolds.
