Roskilde festival

Grøn Koncert is touring around Denmark, and will be visiting Amager in July. Here you can experience a wealth of different artists during the day, while of course there are stalls with food and drink!

Copenhagen Carnival

For the Copenhagen Carnival, Strøget in Copenhagen will be filled with samba rhythms and fantastic costumes. Here you will be able to experience some beautiful stage shows, children's carnival, drum workshops, dance lessons and stalls, both for the shopaholic and the hungry.

The annual folk festival has the largest samba procession in the Nordic countries, and there will be absolutely nothing missing when it comes to colorful costumes, live music and of course dance.

Aalborg Carnival

Aalborg Carnival is Northern Europe's largest carnival and every year more than 80,000 party-happy people participate in the big carnival parade through Aalborg city center.

There are 4 different routes, which have changed sometimes over the years, but which always end at Kildeparken, where there are parties with concerts, bars and restaurants. In addition to all the party-loving people from all over the country who participate in the carnival parade every year, there are also performances from various artists and dancers along the way.

Copenhell

Copenhell is a rock festival and it takes place on Refshaleøen in Copenhagen. The event has been held since 2010 and is Denmark's largest Metal Festival. 

Every year, a number of talented rock and metal musicians are presented here, who perform on the 3 stages, which are of course named as Helvíti, Hades and Pandæmonium. Of course, the festival also includes beer tents, entertainment, art and much more - so here will be a wealth of experiences for those interested in rock and metal!

Distortion

Distortion is Copenhagen's largest street party and runs off the stack over 5 days this summer. Every year, about 100,000 music-loving people gather here in the streets around Nørrebro and Vesterbro. 

The street party is moved to new locations in the capital every day and ends up out on Refshaleøen, where Distortion Ø becomes the gathering point. Distortion Ø is Scandinavia's largest electronic music festival, and offers a fantastic party!

Nibe Festival

Nibe Festival is held every year, and offers four wonderful days in Skalskoven in Nibe with lots of music, party and happy people. You can both buy a Partout ticket, which gives you access to the entire festival, but you can also just buy a ticket for a specific day, when your favorite artist, for example, performs. The festival's organizers have created different areas for tent setting up, where you can choose based on what you are most into - whether it should be the more luxurious camping experience, tent or something completely different.

Both Danish and foreign names come and perform at the renowned festival, and the concerts take place up in a beautiful forest area, which only makes the atmosphere even better!

Copenhagen Jazz Festival

The current edition of the Copenhagen Jazz Festival has been held since 1979, but the festival can actually be dated back to 1962. The event creates a space where the original jazz music is celebrated while new trends in the genre are allowed to unfold. 

During the festival, there will be more than 1200 concerts spread over 120 stages around the capital. 

If you love jazz, then Copenhagen Jazz Festival is just the event for you!

Aarhus Festuge

Aarhus Festuge offers 10 days of wonderful atmosphere in Aarhus city. The purpose of the festival is to gather people and activate the city's institutions and associations. Aarhus Festuge has been held since 1965 and therefore has a long tradition, as an event that creates life in the city of Aarhus with a wealth of events.

In Festugen you can experience around 1000 different events within art, culture, music, architecture, theater and much more.

Aarhus Jazz Festival

Since 1989, there has been a Jazz Festival in Aarhus. It is an annual event where you can be allowed to experience the great artists in the world of jazz, while you will also experience new, exciting artists.

It's one of the biggest jazz festivals in the country, so if you love the music genre, then this event is just for you!

Beautiful party

Skanderborg Festival, Denmark's Most Beautiful Festival, or beautiful party, dear child has many names! Smukfest is a music festival which is held in Bøgeskoven near Skanderborg. It is Denmark's 2nd largest festival, and you can experience a wealth of musicians here.

The festival lasts for 8 days and here are many options when it comes to accommodation, for example you can sleep in a Royal Beer Can, on a delicious pigsty or in a shoebox - but of course there is also the opportunity to bring your very own tent!

There are about 55,000 guests a day at the festival and about 16,000 helpers, which tells a little about the scope of this beautiful festival. All profits go to charity, non-profit and cultural activities, so you support a good cause when you buy your ticket to Smukfest!

Jelling Music Festival

What started as a handful of young boys' desire to make money for their football club has grown up to be the huge bang of a party that we today call the Jelling Music Festival.

So:

Take your friends under your arm when a bang of a party kicks off every year until May for 4 days with 90 artists, about 35,000 guests and 5,000 volunteers!

Northside Festival

Northside is a music festival held in Aarhus. The festival is visited by some of the world's greatest musicians, as well as new budding artists, primarily within the indie and rock genre. The festival has been held since 2010, and the association behind the event aims to be the greenest and most sustainable cultural event in Denmark. 

The festival runs over 3 days, where there will be concerts, as well as the separate Sideshow with cabaret, Silent Disco and much more.

As part of their sustainable vision, all the food at the 100% festival is organic!

For the 6th time, Esbjerg welcomes the impressive sailing ships when they sail in Esbjerg Harbour from August 6 to 9. A maritime celebration awaits, attracting thousands of guests. 

Esbjerg is the last port on the route, which also includes stops in Le Havre, Dunkirk, Aberdeen and Kristiansand.
